Making an Appointment
Please call 804-746-1908 to schedule your appointment. It is highly recommended to schedule your next appointment during pickup as appointments fill quickly. We are a small shop and must keep a tight schedule in order to serve you, your pet and other clients efficiently. If you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment, you may need to reschedule.
Canceling Appointments
Please give 24 hrs. notice to change or cancel appointment. We will forgive the first no-show or late cancel/change. For a second no-show or late change, a fee of $25.00 will be added to your groom; third no-show or late change results in a prepay in full at time of making your next appointment with no refund.
Vaccinations
All dogs must be current on all vaccinations and bring a copy of shot records to your initial appointment. Please make sure it is updated yearly. Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella.
Drop Off & Pickup
What are procedures for dropping off my dog?
Our office has remained closed since the start of Covid. We ask that you pull to the door with the canopy and remain in your car, we come to you to get your dog. When your dog is done we will call you. Pull back to the door and we will bring your dog to you.
Please allow your dog to relieve itself at home before coming to the sPAW.
